About the job
As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role as the primary contact for both external and internal customers. You will have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive support, both technical and non-technical, for the repair and reconditioning of plate heat exchangers, high-speed separators, and decanter products with focus on excellent customer experience, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an on-site opportunity located in Greenwood, IN.
As a part of the team, you will:
This role reports directly to Service Center Manager and functions with minimal supervision, works with all Team Leaders and Coordinators to provide solutions, solve problems, provide a positive customer experience, and to meet KPI’s.
