As a Welder at Alfa Laval, your mission is to perform high-quality manual welding, adhering to equipment construction standards.

Key Activities:

·       Weld pressure equipment using various materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium.

·       Follow welding instructions (WPS) precisely.

·       Ensure quality, productivity, and punctuality in your work.

·       Maintain a clean and efficient workstation.

·       Repair weld defects when necessary.

·       Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations (ISO 9001, OHSAS, ISO 14001).

What We’re Looking For:

·       Skilled in GTAW (TIG), SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes.

·       Diploma from an industrial technical institute or equivalent experience.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler making and pressure equipment.

·       Basic knowledge of technical drawing and English.

·       Ability to read and understand welding instructions in English.

·       Familiarity with materials and non-destructive testing methods (PT, MT, UT, RT).

·       Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 3834, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).

·       Accuracy, adaptability, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

·       Willingness to work in shifts and on-site.

·       Must pass welder qualification (ASME IX) for GTAW and SMAW processes in 6G position.
