About the job

•Keep the team efficient and motivated

•Prepare assembly and FAT schedule with resources

•Support subordinates on operational tasks

•Liaise possible resources (Workshop / HSS Team) to complete skid assembly and test

•Estimate and commit to number of workshop hours for projects

•Forecast and plan resources on project basis

•Manage assembly according to relative standards and URS

•Follow up on KPIs (hours consumption, DOT and quality)

•Execution and maintain EHS procedural

•Manage and analysis nonconformity issue, make relevant resolution and process

•Training our employee and temporary worker

•Perform measurements and controls on finished products and/or components.

•Handle incoming inspection activities and nonconformity reporting to HSS Team.

•Handle calibration measurement equipment periodically

•Handle quality improvement projects/activities.

•Assist in claim analysis and relative resolution process.

•Assist in validation of finished products and components

•Support to guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled.

•Manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.

What you know

Knowledge and skills:

•Bachlor degree or above

•Major in Welding, Mechanical Engineering or similar

焊接工程，机械工程或自动化专业

•5+EHS and 5+machine engineering working experience especily in skid assembly and welding ，Life Science or Food background is a plus

5年以上EHS和5年以上机械工程工作经验，尤其是在管道组装和焊接方面具有经验，有生物制药或食品背景更佳

•Knowledge of safety production and safety management

具备相关的安全生产和安全管理知识，有注册安全工程师证者优先考虑

•Knowledge of environmental protection management

具备相关的环境保护管理知识

•Familiar with the relevent laws, regulations, policy, criterion and procedure in EHS

熟悉与EHS相关的法律法规、政策、标准和程序

•Familiar with the requirements of GMP or sanitary requirement

熟悉GMP或卫生级要求

•Knowledge of sanitary fluid products is a plus

了解卫生级流体设备更佳

•Know something about characteristics of stainless steel, working experience in welding procedure specification (WPS), welding procedure qualification (PQR) and non-destructive testing (NDT) is preferred

了解不锈钢材料的特性，有从事焊接工艺规程（WPS）、焊接工艺评定（PQR）和无损探伤（NDT）的工作经验更佳

•Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, preferably with working background in a foreign company

•Proficiency in office software and strong ability in document are preferred.

•With the skill of CAD is a plus
