About the job

The main purpose is to create, maintain, grow & lead a global high performance project management & the team focus on automation component standardization. You will be part of the engineering group management team.

Tasks include:

• Provide sound servant and agile leadership.

• Be responsible for all application wise project forecast, setting the priority, managing the project status board & resource needed planning, delivery with right quality in collaboration with focus managers.

• Monitor and maintain the automation backlog in collaboration with BUs for the continuous improvement's requirement in applications standardization.

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs.

• Be responsible for competitiveness of the solution offered.

What you know

You probably hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer, electronics, electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or similar discipline in combination with experience within project management & automation standardization. Furthermore, you have a proven track record within people management and possess strong communication skills and experience in working in a cross-cultural and global organization.

As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
