You have a passion for Mechanical Engineering and problem solving. You have fantastic communication skills and work well both individually as well as within a team. You are resilient with a ‘can do’ attitude.
About the job
This fantastic opportunity to work for us whilst completing a level 3 apprenticeship will see you learning alongside our skilled engineers based within our Service Centre, currently in Doman Road, Camberley. Your apprenticeship will be led by our training provider SIGTA Ltd, who will manage your apprenticeship program through regular visits from your Training Officer. Day release training will be delivered by Farnborough College of Technology and you will be expected to attend there once a week for formal education in order to complete the Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprenticeship standard. The remaining working week will be spent working within various sectors throughout our service centre including machining & bench fitting, welding, electrics, Disassembly, Cleaning, Inspection, Balancing, Assembly & Testing. You will be given thorough guidance and training in each of the sectors.

You have good general IT skills.
You have GCSE grades A-C ( 4+ ) in English and Maths.
You have a good engineering mindset
