About the role
Background/Problem Description
The assembly of industrial products often involves significant manual labor, requiring operators to perform heavy and repetitive lifting. Some workstations may present potential safety risks, which could lead to worker injuries.
Objectives/GoalsThe project's goal is to redesign a workstation to enhance ergonomics and worker well-being, while also improving overall productivity.
About you
Bachelor's student in Ergonomics or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for improving workplace environments and employee well-being
Ability to work independently while seeking input from relevant teams
