Job title: Channel Sales Manager
Job description: Serve as a key engineering sales team member, providing technical sales support and developing and driving Partner Action Plans to increase rate of specification and take market share within the heat exchanger industry. Formulate, implement and update business plan for assigned territory. Provide training to customers. Responsible for the creation and ownership of channel plan, managing channel strategy & relationships and driving channel performance and growth, using insights gains through collecting and analyzing sales data, and analyzing customer and competitor behavior. Build and coordinate the training plan for channels, cooperating within the Energy Division in relation to development and communicating with customers, market network, and potential customers. Telecommuting available: 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote.
Required Travel: 20% travel to customer locations within North America (~3 weeks per quarter to customer locations within North America)
Required education, experience, and skills: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or any position in which the required experience was gained. Prior experience must include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following: (a) technical sales; (b) working within the heat exchanger industry; (c) collecting and analyzing sales data; and (d) analyzing customer & competitor behavior.
