About the job:
Main responsibilities:
−Solve where possible independently the issues reported by customers, Commissioning Engineers and/or Site Support Engineers in NEA, e.g. ordering and supplying to the ship yard of missing or broken items;
−Responsible for follow up of the claims, placing right parts in system as per claim workflow.
−Keep track of the parts from vendor/DC till customer end.
−Follows up on actions to warrant quality improvement if necessary.
−Monitor claim cost and analyse claim status regularly.
−Improve local&global supplier product quality
−Other quality or claim related matters
Support responsibilities:
−Other tasks assigned by department and company
What you know:
Knowledge & Skills:
1.Bachelor degree is required
2.Preferably with some knowledge in mechanics.
3.Fluent in English, CET-6 is preferred.

7.Independent and situational
8.Able to display high levels of trust, reliability and most importantly, confidentiality
