As our Commercial Excellence Manager LATAM, you’ll drive the Customer Intelligence area within the Cluster, including CRM, lead management, customer segmentation and commercial data analysis. 
Support sales managers with commercial and pricing data analysis and insights.
The Commercial Excellence Manager is an active member of The Andina and Central America's sales company Management Team.
Represents marketing function within the Sales Company.

Who You are

Dynamical and flexible to work on a matrixial format for all LATAM, bringing routines, processes and structure for lead management and CRM systems

What you know

  • Advanced general business knowledge:
    o Marketing and sales connected to the customer journey.
    o Funnel management.
    o Customer experience management.
    o Account and contacts management.
    o Customer segmentation
  • More than 4+ experience as manager
  • Business management or marketing formation
  • BSB experience
  • Proven experience in CRM
  • Spanish & English fluent, Portuguese is a plus
  • LATAM management experience is a plus

Key tasks

  • Local owner of our awareness-to-lead-to-order process.
  • Local point of contact for CRM-related topics and local ambassador of our data quality efforts.
  • Ensure that all customer data is activated in the most relevant ways to craft commercial strategies with the goal of increasing business generation.
  • Championing and supporting our ways to market and segmentation efforts.
  • Driving our customer experience efforts and ensuring that this is anchored into local strategies in LATAM.
