About the job
Alfa Laval is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Competence Development Specialist to join our global competence development team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product and application training at our global product hubs.
Success in this role requires expertise in Fluid handling products, such as pumps, valves, cleaning equipment, and mixing solutions within the food and pharmaceutical industries. You should have the ability to effectively share technical knowledge and create engaging, impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.
This position involves global travelling and requires proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus. As part of our global competence development team, you will contribute to innovative learning solutions that enhance skills and expertise worldwide.
