Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to oversee corporate compliance matters, with a strong focus on export control regulations. This role ensures the company’s operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those governing international trade and export activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Compliance:
Maintain and update corporate records, filings, and governance documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Export Control:
Advise business units on export licensing, classification, and screening requirements.
Conduct due diligence on customers, suppliers, and transactions to identify export control risks.
Prepare and submit export license applications and maintain related documentation.
Develop and deliver export control training to staff.
Risk Assessment & Reporting:
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks related to corporate and export activities.
Investigate and report potential violations or incidents.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on changes in export control and corporate compliance regulations.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Commercial Law, or related field.
0-2 years’ experience in corporate compliance.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export control frameworks.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
