About The Job

Leads the creation and execution of a data-driven, multi-channel communications strategy across Southeast Asia, focused on delivering compelling messaging, strengthening brand positioning, and driving engagement with priority segments.

Job Description

  • Own and drive the Marketing Communication strategy for the assigned divisions for Southeast Asia.

  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel communication plans including internal communication aligned with business priorities.

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact campaigns and promotional initiatives

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of brand-level marketing communication strategies across Southeast Asia.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders ie digital marketing, sales, commercial excellence, divisions as well as external contacts to ensure priorities and key messages are aligned.

  • Drive proactive thought leadership through: Public relations, Media engagement and Industry associations and partnerships.

  • Strengthening the organization’s visibility and reputation across Southeast Asia

What You Know

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or brand strategy

  • Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across diverse markets.

  • Regional or international experience (SEA preferred) within a matrix organization

  • Strong experience in strategic communications planning aligned with business objectives

  • Demonstrated expertise in: Integrated marketing & digital channels, Brand governance and positioning, PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Experience collaborating with global teams and central communication functions.

  • Industry experience (e.g., industrial, energy, technology, or B2B sectors) is a plus
