Purpose & Mission
In Business Unit Energy Separation, we are committed to separation solutions to make a sustainable difference. With our mechanical and thermal technologies, we help to solve our customers’ separation challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Content Lead to join our team temporarily over a period of 6 months with a possibility for extension.
About the job
The role is hands-on and tactical with focus on developing online content for the BU Energy Separation offerings as well as internal communications. You will be operational in execution, coordination and implementation of communication activities, monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and create impact.
As a Content Lead, you will:
Create and distribute content in accordance with marketing and communication plans
Maintain and update databases, webpage and communication material and tools
Support in activities such as events, online campaigns etc.
Ensuring full visibility and planning on ongoing projects, working closely with central/local representatives to secure alignment and improve country adaptions of activities/campaign
Work with internal communication tasks like newsletters, etc.
Collaborate and establish close working partnership between marketing communications and sales organization
You will belong to the Marketing & Portfolio Management team with other communication colleagues and the position is based in Lund.
Who you are
To thrive in the role, you are passionate about sustainability and making a difference through communication. You are self-driven, outgoing and a team player comfortable working cross organization and cultures in a truly international environment.
What you know
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Communications and few years’ experience working with digital marketing and communications. You are familiar with CMS, SEO, SEM, SoMe, and analytics, and comfortable working in Content Management Systems both for Web and Intranet content as well as social media publishing systems and managing assets in a Digital Asset Management System.
You have experience from marketing communications in a larger international company or from the agency or consultancy side.
We work in an international environment why you need excellent written and oral communication skills in English. As you will have many interactions within and outside the BU, you should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
