Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with relevant departments like Sales (Business Unit), Purchase, Design, Quality Assurance for execution of projects. Support Project Order Manger to execute projects. Handle material and capacity planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling Contract Orders. Monitor job progress from Conception to Completion, maintaining delivery precision. Secure minimum Inventory: raw material, components, WIP, no shortages. Work on Movex and PROMIS systems to raise Purchase Requisations & Project Management activities. Attend and analyze customer complaints. Manage reports. Conduct Local Assembly Project Order Reviews Cordinate with Global Project Order Manager for reviews and execution. Drive/contribute to continuous improvements

What you know:

  • Project Management :- Have a deep understanding of the Project Management Process.
  • Communication & Cordination Skills :- BE able to cordinate with cross functional teams.
  • Leadership & Influence:-  Lead team of CFT members, analyze problems, identify root causes, and find and work on proposed solutions
  • Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using Movex and PROMIS systems.
  • Continuous Learning:- Ability to learn new processes and systems as per requirement.
  • Attension to detail:- Capture details during project execution and track action points with concern person till closure.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of the Project management function, basic manufacturing processes, methodologies and tools of around 5 to 8 Years Exeperiance.

Education:

  • Any BE/B-tech (Mechanical-Preferred)

Physical & Environmental Factors

  • Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.

  • Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).
