About the job

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide consolidated data figures for monthly Misal Reporting and supporting Share Service reporting team job
• Provide consolidated data figures to Controller
• Data sanity checks (supplier invoices, internal hours, purchase volume and handling fee, etc)
• Support monthly closure (journal entries for salaries, deferred cost/income and handling fee)
• Support quarterly forecast release
• Monthly overview of inventory status and sales statistics
• Propose countermeasures/elements of improvements
• Support Project Managers in financial project cost control

What you know

• Engineering BS/MBS with relevant experience in a technical production company
• At least 10 years of experience in an international technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of Excel / Access is important.
• AS400 (BCPS version) and VBA + PowerBI knowledge would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good understanding and analyzing skill on financial figure
