Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for standard orders, from order acceptance through to invoicing (including order fulfillment, equipment/parts ordering, technical coordination, cost monitoring, warehousing, and shipping)

  • Handle order booking and preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide customer support throughout the order lifecycle, including order status updates and delivery date communication

  • Maintain and monitor backlog and Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure operational efficiency

  • Manage and resolve customer claims and related administrative tasks

  • Provide logistics support, including coordination of shipment and delivery processes

Requirements / Qualification

  • Relevant experience of 3+ years in order handling and customer support (preferred)

  • Experience with iScala, CRM, or ERP systems preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce (internal or external platforms) or equivalent working experience

  • Strong agility, decision-making skills, and proactive result-driven mindset

  • Demonstrated strengths in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning

  • Intermediate level proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
