Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a Customer Support - Order Handler to become an essential part of our team in Łódź. In this role, you'll ensure that every customer order is handled efficiently from start to finish—while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

As a key player in our operations, you’ll take ownership of the order-to-cash process and support smooth day-to-day logistics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire order-to-cash process, from order acceptance to invoicing—including equipment and spare parts ordering, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Supporting customers throughout their journey—providing updates on order status, confirming delivery timelines, and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Coordinating export and import operations, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient logistics, and smooth customs clearance.
  • Administering claims and issue resolution, making sure customers are satisfied and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English
  • Experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A reliable team player who’s also confident working independently
