Who you are:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cutover lead to join our global ERP program team. As a cutover lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the cutover activities for a portfolio of template based D365 roll-out projects. Your main mission will be to ensure a seamless transition from the existing system to the new solution for the roll-out projects, minimizing disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ERP implementations, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of successful cutovers in complex environments.

About the job:

Strategic Cutover Planning:

• Develop, drive and refine a replicable cutover strategy for impacted functions/areas in each project
• Create and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan, including back-out and contingency plans, from both a business and technical point of view

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Implement and guide a site-wide cutover team together with the local rollout manager.
• Provide hands-on support and expertise to project teams during the cutover phase.

Cutover Stage Gate Management:

• Ensure entry into and exit out of business & technical cutover stage gates, including the final Go/No-Go decisions/meetings.
• Establish initial conditions required for cutover and post-cutover activities for impacted functions/areas.

Cutover Execution and Rehearsals:

• Plan, execute, and organize cutover rehearsals where applicable.
• Oversee the execution of the cutover plan during the actual cutover.

Status Reporting and KPIs:

• Provide regular cutover status reports to project leadership and key stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor cutover KPIs to measure success rates.

What you know:

• Proven experience in leading cut-over activities for large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in Microsoft D365 projects would be an advantage.
