Are you interested in joining our global team managing HRIS at Alfa Laval?
The team is responsible for support to HR domain, to perform global admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support People Analytics for Alfa Laval in global team.
Data validation.
Support ETL processes.
Support maintenance of front-end tools (Power BI report/dashboards).
Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation.
Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.
Requirements:
IT/Data analysis studies or other related fields.
Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems.
Good communication and numeric skills and attention to detail.
Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
English at a level enabling communication in an international environment.
Nice to have knowledge in the areas:
Microsoft Power BI (or any other BI tool).
Power query.
SQL.
Azure architecture.
Python.
