We are scaling our ways of working based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a strong focus on end-to-end value streams. Within our Sales & Service value stream, we are now looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our Data & Analytics domain.
This area is business-critical and rapidly evolving, enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics capabilities across markets and functions. To succeed, we take a customer-centric, “outside-in” approach—ensuring that what we build creates tangible impact for both customers and the business.
About the job
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) and a strong background in integrating master data solutions with various enterprise systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and integration frameworks that ensure high-quality, consistent, and accessible master data across the organization.
Responsibilities
Implement and optimize Profisee MDM models, workflows and data stewardship processes
Expertly configure and customize Profisee components (Apps, Forms, etc.) to meet evolving business requirements
Design, develop and maintain data integration solutions between Profisee and other solutions of Alfa Laval
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all integrated systems
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and data synchronization routines
Document data models, integration architectures, and operational procedures
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows and integrations for performance and reliability
Provide comprehensive support across all levels, from initial troubleshooting to advanced issue resolution, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction
Who are you
You are a detail-oriented and analytical data professional with a passion for building reliable and scalable data solutions. You thrive in environments where data quality and consistency are paramount, and you enjoy collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Your expertise with Profisee and master data management enables you to design and implement integrations that drive business value. You are proactive, eager to learn and always looking for ways to optimize and automate processes. Communication comes naturally to you, and you take pride in translating complex data challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
What you know
Proven experience with Profisee MDM platform, including configuration, data modeling, and workflow design
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, APIs, REST/SOAP)
Experience with SQL, data warehousing and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data management principles
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in global, cross-functional organizations with multiple stakeholders
Relevant academic background within IT, engineering, or similar
