To strengthen our efforts, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Design Engineer to join our Research & Development (R&D) team focused on GPHE in our Lund, Sweden location.
About the Job
Our R&D department is a vital part of the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers, which manages global sales and development of GPHE products. Within R&D, the Existing Product Development (EPD) team is dedicated to continuously improving our current product portfolio.
As we face exciting challenges in building a more sustainable and energy-efficient future, we are expanding our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly contribute to global sustainability goals.
Who You Are
You are a curious and driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative, project-based environment. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact.
We believe you bring:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on product development or mechanics.
A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to zoom in on details while keeping the bigger picture in view.
Strong project management and communication skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
Experience with 3D CAD, FEA, and PDM systems.
Experience working with codes and standards (e.g. EN13445 and ASME VIII) is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
