About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing our digital marketing assets and operations. This position is directly involved in the execution, automation, optimization, and analysis of digital campaigns, supporting demand generation, lead conversion, and strengthening Alfa Laval’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up, implementing, and maintaining marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and increase conversions
  • Monitoring and optimizing automated campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis
  • Collaborating with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements focused on user experience and conversion optimization
  • Executing SEO updates, optimizing landing pages and other website elements
  • Creating and optimizing digital assets for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns
  • Developing graphic materials and layouts, including digital and print collateral
  • Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing paid media campaigns focused on lead generation, including:
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with:

  • Proven experience with Market Engage or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics, including best practices and tools such as:
    • Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • SEMrush (or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
