About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Energy Divisional Manager to lead Alfa Laval’s Energy business across Oceania. This is a critical leadership role within the region and a key driver of Alfa Laval’s growth ambitions in the energy transition.
As a member of the Oceania Management Team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving profitable growth, and developing high‑performing teams across the Energy portfolio — including traditional energy segments and emerging clean technologies, decarbonisation, and sustainability‑focused solutions.
This role is suited to a strategic, commercially astute leader who can balance long‑term transformation with strong execution in today’s market.
