Principais responsabilidades:

  • Suporte em cotações e compras de materiais de menor valor;
  • Revisão e emissão de pedidos de compra para fornecedores;
  • Acompanhamento de entregas de fornecedores;
  • Solicitação e controle de documentos de fornecedores (conformidade, certificados, acordos);
  • Cadastro de fornecedores em software de gestão;
  • Redação e preparação de atas de reuniões;
  • Pedidos de suprimentos e manutenção de inventários de suprimentos de escritório;
  • Suporte geral em projetos e iniciativas de aquisição

Seu conhecimento e experiência:

  • Superior em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês básico/intermediário;
  • Pacote office intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras desejável.
