Our Global Sales & Service group includes around 4,000 of our people working across 26 sales companies in 100 countries to bring 95% of our products to market.
Everyone plays their part in lead generation, building customer relationships, closing orders, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Right now, we’ll also focused on digitising ways of working while still retaining a people-first, face-to-face approach. By balancing the benefits of both, we’ll further build strong and deep relationships with our customers and better use the increasing amount of available data to define our sales strategies going forward.

ABOUT THE JOB
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
• Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders.
• Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services.
• Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
• Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
• Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
Qualifications & experience:
- Degree of Engineering or technical studies
- Strong sales experience.
- Advanced skills in English.
- Knowledge on Centrifuges, Heat Exchanger & Decanters is a plus.
