Your responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting technical documentation, including engineering drawings, manuals, exploded diagrams, and P&IDs.

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems both onsite and remotely.

  • Planning and preparing for service tasks to ensure minimal downtime for our customers.

  • Training customers on equipment features and operation.

  • Writing detailed, professional service reports and updating our service execution system in real-time.

  • Identifying sales opportunities and capturing Installed Base data during site visits.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Principles.

  • Hands-on experience with centrifuges, decanters, or separation machinery.

  • Industry experience in sectors such as Marine, Brewing, Water Treatment, or Rendering.

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience (preferred, but not essential).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and service-related digital tools
