Main tasks
In your role you will:
• Perform commissioning activities at customer site on Filler and Thermal Process
equipment
• Handle communication with customer and provide proper written report
obtaining customer‘s signature.
•Take care of installation, supervision, commissioning, and training activities
•Assist production trials and conduct performance tests to get the Performance Take
Over Certificate
• Perform after sales service activities: retrofit, preventive and predictive maintenance on
equipment at customer premises
• Execute troubleshooting, adjustments, and mechanical/electrical fixing
• Elaborate detailed service reports, equipment serviced, and parts used which supports
the invoicing process to our customers
• Be available to travel about 160/180 days per year
• Ensure all deviation found will be properly reported to technical dept, workshop or other departments in order to guarantee the continuous improvement
• Lead technical training on site
Additional tasks
• Support Service engineer or customer on site.
• Test machine functionalities following our internal FAT procedures according to the
contractual specifications and properly report the activities.
Your background
• Electrical and Automation Engineering education (required)
• Basic mechanical jobs experience
• At least +3 years of relevant experience with commissioning or FAT of drinks/beverages
processing lines: Fillers (bag in box is a plus) blending, mixing, CIP installations,
pasteurizers, sterilizers, aseptic lines
Competence and Experiences
• Familiar with Siemens PLC and HMI software, like Step7, TIA Portal and WinCC
• Familiar with Rockwell PLC and HMI software.
• Familiar with Schneider motion controller
• Familiar with VFD configuration
• Familiar with industrial instrument and equipment, like pressure and temperature
probes, pumps and valves.
• Familiar with P&I
• Familiar with mechanical drawings
• Familiar to issue technical reports
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Fluent written and spoken Italian
• Another additional language also will be appreciated
• Computer skills: Office package
• Technical skills: Hygienic design and knowledge of aseptic heat treatment and filling plants
will be a plus
