About the job
As a Service Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the Way to Market for Service Partners in the Food Heat Transfer (FHT) business unit. This role involves leading change management and implementing the service partner program in alignment with the BU FHT Channel strategy.
You will work closely with sales companies globally to support and coach new and established channels in their sales activities, scout and onboard the right service partners, and drive the implementation of the FHT channel strategy in collaboration with Global Service.
Your mission is to enhance customer engagement and drive growth through effective channel management and strategic partnerships.

You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a genuine curiosity for business development, leveraging market and data analysis to identify new opportunities. With a strong digital mindset and a focus on creating value beyond product sales, you are a challenging and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, energy, and drive.
What you know
You are an Industrial/Energy/Chemical Engineer or have a similar degree, with a strong and solid commercial orientation. We highly value knowledge of heat transfer technology and centrifugal separation. You are fluent in English.
