The position / About the Job:

Global Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for –

• Remote and onsite trouble shooting of technical issues related to pumps, Valves, mixing and cleaning equipment in Food, Dairy, Beverage, Pharma and Personal care processes.
• Effective communication - discuss the complex technical issues & train colleagues in sales companies and sales channels with customer focus mindset.
• Networking – Create and maintain effective network with different departments (R&D, Product Management, Production, Quality) and coordinate with them to timely and effectively respond to market technical requests.
• Digitalization: Effectively contribute towards the digitalization initiatives to improve the quality of technical service management systems
• Quoting specially engineered products, identification of spare parts, support on product documentation & regulations.
• Support to claim handling department in investigation of technical claims.

What you can be –

• 3 years of technical understanding of Pumps (positive & centrifugal), Valves, Pipes, Fittings used in food, Pharma, Personal & home care industry is a pre-requisite.
• Field service engineering skills with knowledge of tools, spare parts & equipment needed to service equipment is preferred.
• Any graduate who is Bachelor in Mechanical, Food Eng. , Dairy, or Process Eng.  can apply.
• Your background in Dairy & Food processing plants installation and commissioning could be of great value
