We’re looking for
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About the job
We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager to strengthen how we bring our comprehensive portfolio of products and component solutions to market within our Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technology business. This role is situated at the intersection of product management, sales and marketing, ensuring that new and existing offerings are released and deployed in a structured, customer-relevant, and commercially effective way.
You will drive cross-functional alignment, translate strategy into execution plans, and make sure our global commercial teams are set up to succeed in highly competitive and regulated hygienic industries.
Our Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer business develops and delivers equipment and solutions for industries where cleanliness, precision, and compliance are non-negotiable. We work closely with customers in food, pharma, dairy and beverage to ensure safe and efficient production processes.
This is a commercially driven, globally connected business with strong technical depth and a high pace of innovation.
What you will do
What you know
Who you are
You bring structure without slowing things down. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders who don’t always share the same priorities. You challenge assumptions when needed, but always with a focus on progress and execution.
You likely enjoy working in environments where strategy meets real operational constraints, and where success depends on how well different functions work together—not just how good the plan looks on paper.
You are proactive in identifying gaps and equally comfortable pushing for clarity as you are building it yourself.
What we offer
You will join a global organization where your work directly influences how solutions reach customers and create impact. We offer a collaborative environment, strong technical expertise around you, and the opportunity to shape how go-to-market is done in a business critical to food and life science industries.
