1. Visa and Immigration:
Supervise and Support the PRO team to manage the end-to-end visa process (employment visa, residency visa, labor card, Emirates ID) and ensure timely renewal of visas and labor cards to avoid fines.
2. Government Liaison:
Represent the company at the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MOHRE), Immigration, GDRFA, DHA, DED, Dubai Police, and other governmental bodies.
Submit documentation for company license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other corporate paperwork.
Maintain strong relationships with government representatives and stay up to date with regulatory changes.
3. Gate Passes & Access Control:
Supervise processing gate passes, site permits, and security clearances as required by client sites, ports, or free zones (e.g., JAFZA, DAFZA, etc.) as required
4. Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of employee legal files, visa statuses, and renewal schedules.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies regarding employment and residency.
Assist in audits or inspections by labor or immigration authorities.
5. Internal Support & Coordination:
Work closely with HR, Admin, and Finance to support employee onboarding and exits.
Support PRO team in UAE, Qatar and coordination with GROs in KSA, when needed.
Provide advice on regulatory procedures and legal risks.
