About the Role
As Head of Cluster Marketing for NEU (Northern Europe), you will lead the marketing function across the cluster, challenging and inspiring the organization by driving focus, processes, and priorities that align with business growth goals. You will ensure that marketing efforts are well-integrated, innovative, and support both short-term and long-term objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Define and execute cluster-wide marketing plans and priorities to drive business success
• Identify and analyze opportunities to reach new segments and expand market share across Northern Europe
• Collaborate closely with sales and business units to align marketing initiatives with commercial activities
• Lead and develop the Cluster Marketing organization to meet business needs across all marketing disciplines
• Act as a strategic liaison between sales, marketing, and central marketing teams
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing performance, driving continuous improvements and innovations
About You
You naturally empower others by providing clarity, resources, and support needed for success and accountability. You possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies. As a collaborative leader, you foster teamwork across functions and cultures.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of international managerial experience within marketing across multiple disciplines
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a marketing function aligned to business objectives
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across countries and cultures
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one local language within the NEU cluster, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a B2B industrial environment or with technical products and solutions
• Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools to support data-driven marketing strategies
• Familiarity with Alfa Laval’s industries, such as energy, food, water, and marine applications
