About The Job
As Head of Digital Services – Food & Water Division, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the digital transformation journey across Alfa Laval’s Food & Water Division. You will lead the strategic direction, commercial development, and technical alignment of digital services. Your focus will be on delivering synergies across business units, ensuring a unified go-to-market approach, and enhancing our position as a digital leader in the industry. You will be reporting to the Business Unit President of Decanters, as a hosted function for this position, and to the “Digital Service board”/ committee where all Business Unit president is represented.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and secure a clear value proposition and commercial offering towards customers
Define and implement a digital strategy aligned with divisional goals.
Drive synergies across all aspects of digital services – commercially and technically.
Set and oversee the division-wide digital services roadmap in collaboration with business units BUs.

Lead the go-to-market strategy and engagement model with Sales Companies.
Drive community-building across IoT/digital resources to ensure a common approach and nurture innovation & sharing
Ensure end-to-end digital capabilities across platforms, subscription, marketing, and delivery.
Foster collaboration across the matrix organization and high performing teams.
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position can be basted at multiple locations: Søborg or Kolding in Denmark, Lund or Flemmingsberg in Sweden, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 45 - 55 days per year.
What You Know
You bring a solid foundation of over 5+ years of experience in digital services, automation, and IoT — both from a commercial and technical perspective. Your background includes leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative initiatives across different areas of the business.
You have a proven ability to shape and drive strategic topics, transforming vision into clear actions and successful execution. Your perspective is both customer-centric and operational, allowing you to take an outside-in as well as inside-out view when working with digital services. Your educational background is in engineering, with a focus on digital technologies and automation. You thrive in dynamic environments where innovation meets real-world applications.
About You
You are a collaborative and driven leader with the ability to inspire others without relying on hierarchy. You navigate strategic and operational topics with ease, combining a strong drive for results with agility and learning ability.
You have a natural talent for networking and influence, and you thrive in cross-functional settings. With both commercial acumen and technical insight, you see the big picture while understanding the details needed to deliver real impact.
