Business unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (BU GPHE) is a global and world leading manufacturer of gasketed plate heat exchangers. The business and organization cover the complete value chain from Sales and Service, Research & Development, Product management, Marketing and Operations. It is close to € 1 billion in size with main footprints in Sweden, China, India and United States, and with a total workforce of above 1500 employees globally.
About the role
BU GPHE is looking for an HR Business partner (HRBP) in the context of a maternity leave (12-14 months period) to be part of our growth and transformational journey to be the transition leader in heat transfer. We are looking for an HR Business Partner with a clear business mindset who will support, challenge and enable BU functions, such as Research & Development and Product Management & Marketing.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
Business Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner to several functions such as R&D, Product Management & Market. You are shaping and driving the functions development journey and objectives as part of the respective leadership teams, whilst translating the key business priorities into a highly relevant people plan and key initiatives.
Organizational & Leadership Development: Talent & leadership development based on workforce planning and to ensure future capabilities aligned with business goals for the specific areas and potentially beyond.
People Development: Identify critical competencies and facilitate targeted development solutions for the organization.
Culture & Engagement: Promote company culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive a positive employee experience.
Change Management: Act as a change agent, supporting transformational initiatives and continuous improvement.
Manager Coaching: Advise and coach managers to optimize performance, talent management, and data-driven decision making.
HR Collaboration: Leverage HR processes and the operating model to improve organizational performance in close partnership with business leaders and the HR community.
Leading and developing our technical track graduate program across the Energy Division and potentially other cross BU projects.
You will be based in Lund and report to a management team member of the Business Unit Gasket Plate Heat Exchangers. You will be part of the HR BP team of the Business Unit, reporting dotted line to the BU HR Business Partner.
What you know
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business management or equivalent with several years of experience in a business partnering or similar role - preferably gained in an international organization
You are a team player with a structured approach and a growth mindset, holistic thinking and can take a tactical view and when needed a strategic view, whilst staying hands-on and effective in execution.
You bring experience in utilizing (people) data to deliver tangible value to the business
