About the job
As our new HSE Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring a continued and strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across both the Aalborg site and the Heat & Gas Systems Business Unit. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining HSE management processes to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant practices.
Planning and conducting audits of HSE-related processes to verify compliance and support continuous improvement.
Ensuring a proactive approach to our HSE areas.
Promoting HSE awareness across the organization and supporting initiatives that strengthen our safety culture.
About you
As a person, you are highly driven and take full ownership of your work, and can operate independently with confidence in your own judgment. You bring a structured and detail-oriented approach, ensuring that processes are consistently followed and standards are maintained. Progress-minded and solution-focused, you seek practical ways to enhance HSE practices and contribute to a safe and responsible work environment.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in reading and understanding standards, regulations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English are a prerequisite.
