Key tasks

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Support Divisions to automate processes and to simplify data input and extraction
  • Provide technical support to employees to resolve any IT-related issues they may have.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and make recommendations on how to improve our systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems, data, and networks.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any security or performance issues.
  • Train employees on how to use new hardware, software, and applications as needed.
  • Advance knowledge about ERP, CRM, CMD & BPM.
  • Lead or support system integration projects.
  • Enhance efficiency of internal workflow on systems.
  • Track performance and ensure that identified gaps are fully addressed.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent English skills – reading, writing & oral
  • Highly knowledgeable in SQL, VMWare, C++
  • Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge and experience of technologies such as domains, group policies, effective permissions, DNS, DHCP, and other network devices.
  • Strong experience in managing an application support team and project management skills is important.
  • Maintains transparency and high level of awareness for risk management
