JUNIOR BUYER STAGE
Sulla base dell'input del processo di acquisto, delle previsioni e dei materiali dei fornitori, si assicura che tutti i dati vengano caricati in modo corretto nel nostro sistema ERP
Le attività principali:
- inserimento ordini acquisto e conferme d’ordine nel sistema gestionale aziendale
- gestione solleciti con fornitori
- verifica ed aggiornamento anagrafiche e dati fornitori
- aggiornamento parametri MRP
- invio documentazione e cotratti - preparazione documenti supportato da buyer di riferimento
Competenze:
- preferibilmente diploma istituto tecnico commerciale o tecnico/logisitico (valutabile come plus un certificato post corso/master in acquisti / negoziazione)
- buone capacità organizzative in modo da poter operare dopo il training iniziale necessario in autonomia
- adattabilità e flessibilità
- Problem solving
- Lingua inglese B1
Sede di lavoro Parma
Stage 6 mesi con eventuale proroga con annesso rimborso spese
