Alfa Laval Iberia wants to recruit a Junior Sales Engineer for the Marine Division for covering a maternity/paternity leave. He/she will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including technical quotations and support (including sizing & selection).
This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Marine Division.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
Prepare and follow up quotations for the assigned area of responsibility according to the customer demands and needs.
Proactive looking for upselling opportunities in each interaction.
You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to easily network in an international and cross-cultural environment.
A dynamic and proactive person, who really like to generate outstanding customer experiences, through addressing on customer needs.
You have a customer focused mindset and selling approach in all customer interactions.
You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple tasks.
You build trust, by clear communication.
Job Requirements
Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree
Strong and solid commercial orientation
Fluent Spanish and English
Resident in Madrid area
