About the job

We are starting our tactical Supply Chain Planning (SCP) implementation. This role will be part of developing and implementing the process in accordance with the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) concept. When implemented, this role drives the local Supply Chain Planning process. A process that covers the 3-18-month horizon, incl. connection to the shorter 1-13-week plan. The SCP should analyze the site’s ability to deliver based on the Global S&OP signals while considering local sales input, inventory targets, capacity, etc. to identify gaps needing to be solved.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the local Supply Chain Planning process
• Be the connection between the global S&OP plan and the local Sales & Operations execution (S&OE) plan
• Be the supply plan key user (system related)
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating the local Supply Chain plan
• Follow-up and assess relevant KPIs

What you know…

You have a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, and:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience of supply chain management
• Experience implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) preferred
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The base salary for this role is typically $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
