About the Role
We are looking for a junior to mid-level MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our agile OneIMS (International Marine Services) team. You’ll be part of international team working on a business-critical application used globally. The system supports service planning and execution for marine vessels and is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What You'll Do
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations in Dynamics 365 (Field Service & Sales modules).
Together with your team, maintain and prioritize the backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support.
Collaborate with product owner, product manager, architects, and other developers. Additionally, working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform components.
Support integrations with other enterprise systems.
Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and innovation sprints.
Drive and facilitate testing, and post-implementation support to the end-users.
Contribute to ongoing system standardization and data foundation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in software development (C#, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Azure fundamentals (Functions, Service Bus).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Analytical thinker who questions the status quo and enjoys problem-solving.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales or Field Service).
Power BI knowledge (for dashboard creation and data analysis).
Experience working in agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
