About us
Project Management & Engineering (PM&E) at Business Unit Separation Technologies (BU SET) integrates the key component, the disc stack separator, into a complete solution including piping, process components, and controls that fit into the customer process. We are responsible for executing customer projects for food and life science applications, serving industries such as Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation, Edible Oil, Beverage, Brewery, Starch & Sugar, Ethanol and many more.
About the role
As an Order Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customer order inquiries. Your main responsibility is to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses, always aiming to exceed customer expectations. Your tasks will include:
Registering and confirming customer orders.
Handling changes and updates to orders.
Providing regular status updates to customers and colleagues.
Collecting and sharing shipping instructions and documentation.
Ensuring escalations are routed correctly to the right department.
This is a temporary position for 6 months, where the assignment starts by agreement, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Experience in order handling or customer support.
A structured and detail-oriented way of working.
A strong service mindset and ability to build good relationships.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience working with computerized administrative systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or similar.
