About the Job

• Perform tasks/operate machines and equipment (such as: cut, shape, and form metal).
• Prepare machine set up e.g. rigging, picking mtrl, loading programs, starting orders, reviewing manufacturing documents.
• Responsible for finishing painting work (including parts and products), where lifting and climbing in confined space operations is required.
• Process according to work orders, control quality.
• Complete production orders: report orders, check quality, package, stock.
• Identify and judge the potential safety hazards of human behavior or equipment, and put forward improvement suggestions for the current methods.
• Judge product quality independently according to quality requirements.
• Independently perform operator maintenance and repair unqualified products independently.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
