About the Role
As a Product & Application Engineer in our Energy Division, you will provide technical solutions in collaboration with our sales and service teams, focusing on heat transfer products and applications. You will be a key link between our external sales team, customers, and central organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical solutions and support for customer opportunities and quotes
Assist with technical clarifications and participate in customer meetings
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and claims
Guide and support parts and service inquiries, including recommending critical spare parts
Support non-standard order clarifications for the Customer Support team
Deliver training programs for employees, partners, and customers as a product expert
Offer technical support to internal teams to ensure customer service excellence
Who you are
Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in B2B sales (experience with heat exchangers is highly valued)
Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and building internal networks
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English (additional languages are a plus)
Flexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys challenges
