Background
As a Product Owner for Finance Shared Services, you will join a team of deeply experienced professionals and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration with core finance systems and aligning with business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing business value by defining priorities, aligning stakeholder needs, and ensuring the effective adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions across these finance AP, AR and T&E domains.
This is a full time role within the Data, Analytics and Group Functions Value Stream (DA & GF VS) based in Krakow. The hiring manager is based in Stockholm and the Product Manager and business stakeholders are based in Krakow.

Your Responsibilities
Deploy and optimize leading financial technology platforms such as Medius, Concur, and GetPaid.
Automate and enhance AP, AR, T&E processes within a complex, global organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including IT, finance, procurement, compliance, security - to deliver scalable solutions that drive process efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
Stakeholder management and requirement gathering that bridges the gap between business and IT
Drive onboarding, communication, documentation and training efforts.
Support business teams in operationalizing data governance and quality processes.
Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.
Define and track value realization (KPIs & benefits), ensuring measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains and working capital improvements.
Requirements
3+ years proven experience in a similar role with strong project management requirements. Example: project manager, scrum master of multiple teams, RTE
Hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies for finance
Practical knowledge of finance shared services processes (AP, AR, T&E) will be a plus
Ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently, driving successful outcomes against business priorities
Strong analytical skills to assess current digital solutions and identify areas for improvement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and convey technical information clearly
Curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving digital and finance landscape
Fluent in English is a must
