About the job

As an integral member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role as a Production Associate with a focus on heat exchanger fabrication and involves tasks such as operating various machines, performing tests, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work environment.

This position is in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform hydro tests, blasting, and assembling heat exchangers.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and cranes.
  • Record data accurately and participating in continuous improvement processes.
  • Maintain a clean work station and adhering to safety protocols.

What you know:

You have a High School Diploma or GED, preferred and:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment experience
  • Ability to use pneumatic and electric tools, read blueprints, and communicate effectively.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking approximately 60% of the workday.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).

Physical and Environmental Factors:

  • Lifting, climbing, standing, and using equipment. 
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, wet/humid conditions, and loud noise levels.
