Who you are:

Develop and implement production plans according to sales orders to maximise the use of the organization’s resources ( material, capacity etc),   ensure timely delivery and improve continously.

About the job:

  • Based on customer order and forecast, make MPS( main production schedule) of week/month/quarter/year. Ensure on time delivery to customer.
  • Daily update and adjust the daily production plan per inventory, shipping plan, material shortage, capacity and HC request.
  • Production capacity analyzation, understand the bottleneck, Compare to capacity of each production cell, give out capacity shortage alarm in advance.
  • Revise production schedule to satisfy customer changing demand, fast response is required.
  • Make production report and analyse data, give out improvement suggestion.
  • Manage outsourcing processing suppliers
  • Develop monthly &weekly reports required for management review.
  • Support in new project launch.
  • Analyse accuracy of plan and regularly provide report.
  • Other tasks assigned by managers

What you know:

  • Bachelor or above degree. Minimum 5 years experience with good background in planning or project coordination. Machine/equipment manufacturing environment working experience is preferred.
  • ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, Axapta/D365 is preferred.
  • Good English skills in Oral and Written,at least pass CET-4.
  • Good logic and data analysis capability, Excellent in excel, PPT.
  • Good digital analysis competence, such as data analysis, statistics, collection, etc. Prefer to master Power BI
  • Good communication skill & teamwork
