About the job
As a Project Management Student Worker, you’ll be part of a team that turns ideas into impact. Supporting the Marketing and Product Management team, your work will include supporting and delivering projects from concept to fruition. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in project coordination while developing your skills in a real business environment.
We're flexible — depending on your situation and what you're looking for, this role can be structured either as a student job or an internship.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Coordination: Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of various projects.
Meeting Support: Organize and participate in meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to help keep tasks on track and aligned with project goals.
Progress Tracking: Monitor deliverables, update timelines, and support the creation of project status reports and presentations.
Customer Case Handling: Coordinate with the Service team and factories to manage customer claims and inquiries.
Process Support: Help maintain and develop tools, templates, and best practices related to product, portfolio, and project work.
You won’t just be watching from the sidelines — you’ll actively contribute and learn along the way.

What you know
You bring a foundation of relevant knowledge and a strong desire to keep growing. Your educational background and technical skills allow you to contribute from day one, while learning the ropes of project management in a professional setting.
You likely:
Are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, Management, or a related field
Have experience working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Have experience or interest in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Teams Planner, or Azure DevOps
Understand the basics of project management methodologies, or have a strong interest in learning more
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking
Know how to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage several tasks at once
