About The Job

As a Project Manager with our team based in Kolding, Denmark, you'll take charge of leading New Product Development Projects to achieve targets in collaboration with the steering committee and other stakeholders. Your role involves striking a balance between an agile approach and our existing project model. You'll be an integral part of our R&D PMO, overseeing projects across various product groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage all aspects of projects, including scope, time, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Lead project teams, bringing structure to projects and facilitating cross-functional teamwork.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and generate project documentation.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and demonstrate strong networking skills.
• Contribute insights to enhance our project model.

What You Know

We're seeking candidates who:

• Have a solid understanding and experience in project management processes and business fundamentals, gained from leading multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Are skilled in project management tools, planning, risk analysis, and other relevant methodologies.
• Have insights into cross-functional product development projects, involving product management, R&D, and operations.
• Bring practical experience in product development for mass production, complemented by a demonstrated background in project management.
• Ideally hold certifications in Project Management, Prince 2, Scrum, Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Have experience leading an R&D project team would be advantageous, but any experience in leading projects related to product development, including the implementation of new products, is relevant.

The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark, with an estimated travel requirement of approximately 10 days per year.
