Who you are:

  • As Team Manager, lead the team members to meet required performance, such as safety, Quality etc.
  • Provide support with related product inspections, production quality controls
  • Support the optimization of quality management system and products quality control to meet or exceed customer and Class requirements

About the job:

  • Comply with Design/standards requirements, Support the optimization of ISO 9001 quality system
  • Support the internal audit to quality management system, Drive problems investigation and follow up corrective actions which were found during internal and external audit, including supplier improvement
  • Driver Quality Improvement through Quality data analysis
  • Liaison/clarifying quality questions with Class Society, Product centre and Project teams
  • Be responsible for the quality implementation of specific projects or new products
  • Driver process improvement/ new process development/ SOPs establishment

Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience)

  • Bachelor/Master of Pressure Equipment, Welding or mechanical-electrical engineering
  • Above 3 years Quality relevant Leadership and Management experience
  • Experience with marine engineering, shipbuilding, offshore project preferred.

• Secure safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost).
• Secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs.
• By own presence drive performance of the team and employees.
• Manage own cost account, P4.
• Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities.
• Control quality, deviations and line stops.
• Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level.
• Execute perform audits according to ALPS.
