About the job
We are now looking for a passionate and driven individual to handle and answer all incoming spares questions within the time frame set by the segment’s organization in a speedy and accurate manner and continuously improve the quote process.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Prioritize and assign incoming tickets in Service Now.
Create part number in Movex / D365 (structured and purchased).
Obtain purchase price and lead time (structured and purchased).
Update Movex/ D365 with relevant information.
Set, calculate or get PPL from Product Management / the segments.
Validate part numbers.
Support / drive continuous improvements activities identified and prioritized in the team.
Find the correct suppliers.
About you
You are an engaged and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With strong attention to detail, you actively contribute to projects, collaborate to solve challenges, and ensure smooth processes. You are self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and work well under deadlines. Your problem-solving mindset, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allows you to build strong relationships and drive impactful results.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order handling, customer service, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and cost analysis.
Proficiency in order management systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry knowledge in PV, ASME, mechanical quality, inspection, and welding processes.
D365 finance and operations system skills will be great attitude
Strong negotiation skills and experience working in global teams.
Passion for learning and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Bachelor's or MBA in Project Management or a related field.
D365 finance and operations will be a great asset.
